Prime EDA BV offers multiple ways to provide support and guidance tailored to your needs. Telephone assistance is available, as ad hoc issues are usually not handled through standard software support. Users can contact Prime EDA at no cost. Remote assistance can be provided via TeamViewer, Zoom, or Teams, allowing our experts to help you directly on your system.
For onsite assistance, expenses will apply, while personal assistance at our office in Markelo (NL) is free of charge and preferably by appointment. Support can be provided in Dutch, English, and German, and is available during regular working hours from 8:30 to 17:00 CET.
