Prime EDA BV offers multiple ways to provide expertise, support, and guidance tailored to your needs, combining extensive technical expertise with software development knowledge to find the right solution for your situation. Telephone assistance is available at no cost for ad hoc issues, while remote support via TeamViewer, Zoom, or Teams allows our experts to assist directly on your system with software development and complex technical questions.

For onsite assistance, expenses apply, while personal assistance at our office in Markelo (NL) is free of charge and preferably by appointment. Our development expertise supports both software-related challenges and technical questions, with support available in Dutch, English, and German during regular working hours from 8:30 to 17:00 CET.
